The product is sodium polyacrylate dispersant.
Its features are wide range of applications, with good heat resistance, mutual solubility, viscosity stability, maintain good luster, less foam, non-toxic, no corrosion, no special smell and other advantages.
It can be used as dispersant for various pigments in paper - making coatings.
Product indicators
Appearance: light yellow transparent viscous liquid solid content: 40±2%
PH: 8±1 viscosity (25ºC) : ≤500mPa. S (25ºC)
Solubility: soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol, ether, benzene and other organic solvents
Purpose and effect
1. Reduce the viscosity of coating preparation and improve the solid content of coating.
2. After the dispersion of pigment, the dispersion is stable without layering or backsticking.
3. Improve coating dispersion rate, save time and power consumption.
4. Excellent stability, good compatibility with other chemicals.
Method of use
1. 0.1-0.3% of the absolute dry amount of disperse reference pigment;
2. Stable control of PH value after dispersion.
packing, storage and precautions
1. Storage: at room temperature (4-30ºC indoor shade), storage period: 6 months.
2. Packaging: 200Kg or 1000Kg plastic drum packaging.
